About Lester Tan
 "Lester joined the real estate market in year 2006 as a full-time associate, giving up his family business passed down from his father to handle interior designer & contractors as an "Exective Managing Director".
He believes that a real estate career would definitely elevate him to greater heights. Since then, Lester burned his bridges and moved forward, never
looking back on his decision despite strong objections from his father.
He became actively involved with the real estate business receiving Numerous top producers and team divsion awards in year 2006 to 2010.
Took less than 3years to be promoted to Senior Vice President and lead a team of 300 agents in year 2010.
Lester has been highly commended for his passion for real estate, communication skills, resilience, integrity, ability to comprehend, motivate and has an influence on people around him - Ken Lim, CEO of RE/MAX Singapore Empire Property Group.
 Lester is also known as the youngest and the fastest
promoted "Senior Vice President" in this industry in year 2010.
Lester also dealed with more than 3,000 transacted deals with home owners and investors with his group of consultants in the past years.
He had also trained and lead more than 300 people advised on financial education and investments in the my previous company as Senior Vice President. During Year 2009, Lester believes in investing into developing business models. CUrrently he owns several companies involving in Interior Designs, Redevelopments, Online Auctions Sites, Fashion Designs, Electronic Gadets, Consultancy and Investment Funds Managment Company.
He enjoyed working with people whom developed faith and passion with great ideas forseeing future aheads, he is always looking at setting higher targets, goals and breakthru in every of his businesses he developed with his partners. Lester is looking at building up his Group Of Companies with numerous companies in Singapore, China, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia to even greater heights in the Dragon Year 2012.

I had problems selling off my the Sail @ Marina Bay for at least 6months. After a discussion and Lester had explained to me very clearly how does this market works. After hearing Lester's plan but i still insist on "Open Listing" to all agents which i believe in whom ever fetch me the highest price. 2 weeks later i found out was alot of unprofessional agents whom was using my unit as "Bait" and made Lester's potential buyers to give the lowest offer instead!
After serious consideration, i decided to give my trust to Lester a 4 weeks exclusive. To my Surprise, he had my Unit sold in just 1 week With his"Maximum Exposure In the Minimum Shortest Time" and was SOLD at the Highest Transacted Price !!! I should trust lester on much earlier stage and might got even better price.

In Order to get the best possible price, the only key is "Speed" (Lester'stagline) When we first reached singapore, we had a very bad experience with the Owner (Landlord) due to a irresponsible agent. Luckily, we met both Ivy & Lester, their speed was imagzing! We managed to find another place in a very good rental just in a day !. Even Movers they provided to us as well. They had done a great speedy job! Just in time for everything done before the christmas season...

Even our flat wasn't sell thru Lester, but he still gave me his precious time to make the effort to explain to us clearly on how we shall handle our sale, due to our part time inresponsible agent that handle our sale of flat half way thru.
