InOrder to get the best possible price, the only key is "Speed" (Lester'stagline) When we first reached singapore, we had a very bad experiencewith the Owner (Landlord) due to a inresponsible agent. Luckily, we metboth Ivy & Lester, their speed was imagzing! We managed to foundanother place in a very good rental just in a day !. Even Movers theycould provided to us as well.
